What to expect at Hidden Oak Festival?

Hidden Oak Festival will be held on the 111-acre private property at Texas Music River Ranch, in Webberville, Texas. The festival will feature various genres of musical talent as well as live painters, vendors, live performers, and more!

What should I bring?

  • A Tent /w Stakes

  • Cooler Weather Clothes for Night Time

  • Warmer Weather Clothes for Day Time

  • An EZ Up /w Stakes

  • Camping Chairs

  • A Cooler

  • A Winter/Fall jacket

  • A Sleeping Bag

  • Blankets

  • Sunscreen

  • Bug Spray

  • Food/Snacks (We will have a food vendor on site but we also encourage you to bring food yourself)

  • Some Homies!

What should I NOT bring?

  • NO illegal substances

  • NO drugs or drug paraphernalia 

  • NO pets (service animals are allowed with appropriate paper work, and must be on leash and supervised at all times)

  • NO laser pointers

  • NO glass

  • NO weapons of any kind (Includes pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, etc.)

  • NO drones

  • NO NEGATIVE VIBESS!!!

What is the closest city with Amenities?

Webberville is located just 3 miles from the Texas Music River Ranch property.

The cell coverage is moderate to good. We don’t foresee any issues with coverage.

Will there be Cell Service on site?

Depending on when the initial Fall cold front hits in Texas it can really go either way. We suggest planning for warm days and chilly nights. More info to be provided in the coming weeks as we near the day of the festival.

What kind of weather should I pack for?

Is there Alcohol for Sale?

There will be NO alcohol for sale at the festival this year.

We want to keep our beautiful new venue beautiful! There will be limited trash facilities onsite in the stage and vending areas, but please be prepared to take any and all campsite trash and equipment with you when you leave. We’re honored to have the opportunity to use this land, so we want to be sure to leave it better than we found it!
